REFUNDS (PRODUCTS)
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order, and checking the order confirmation email. Chocolatl is not responsible for any damages once products leave our facility. In addition, we are not responsible for our products melting during the shipping process, but, as mentioned above, we do take great care in packing and shipping to minimize any damage that may incur during transit. Chocolatl is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier miss-scans, or inaccurate shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
INSURANCE (PRODUCTS)
We offer ROUTE insurance.
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.
IN PERSON CLASSES
REFUNDS
Partial Refunds (- $7.5 fees) and store credits are allowed if class is cancelled 2 weeks in advance.
Store credit is allowed if class is cancelled 1 week in advance.
If class is cancelled after the week period, there are no refunds.
