REFUNDS (PRODUCTS)

All sales are final, and we uphold a strict no-refund policy. It is highly recommended to opt for next-day shipping. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping details before confirming an order and checking the subsequent order confirmation email. Once items leave our facility, Chocolatl is not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. While we take great care in packaging and shipping to prevent damage, we do not assume responsibility for products melting during transit.
Additionally, Chocolatl is not responsible for delays in transit due to factors such as increased package volumes, adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, labor strikes, natural disasters, security protocols, carrier errors, or inaccuracies in shipping details.
The decision to leave a package at a specific location is at the discretion of the delivery personnel and is beyond our control.

REFUNDS

  • A partial refund (minus $10 fees) or store credits are permitted for cancellations made three weeks prior to the class.
  • Store credit is available for cancellations made one week before the class.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the one-week period.
