All ages are welcome. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All class registrations are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason.
However, if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class, we are happy to transfer your registration to another available class of equal value. Transfer requests made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible.

Summer Camp Terms & Policies

1. Drop-Off Policy

  • Campers may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their class or camp session.

  • Early drop-offs beyond this window cannot be accommodated unless previously arranged.

2. Pick-Up Policy

  • Campers must be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.

  • A late pick-up fee of $10 for every 20 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time will be charged.

  • Late fees must be paid before the camper may attend their next session.

3. Age & Attendance

  • Children 7 years of age and older are welcome to attend classes independently.

  • Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and observe the class if they wish.

  • Parents who would like to actively participate in the class may do so by purchasing a ticket for themselves (space permitting).

4. Full-Day Attendance (Multiple Classes in One Day)

  • Campers enrolled in two classes on the same day are welcome to stay for both sessions.

  • Parents must provide a packed lunch and water for campers staying for multiple sessions.

  • All campers must bring a water bottle each day.

5. Allergens & Food Policy

  • Please be aware that we use and handle common allergens in our space, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other potential allergens.

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any allergies at the time of registration.

  • By registering, you acknowledge and accept the risk of exposure to allergens.

6. Communication & Reminders

  • We do not send email reminders for registered classes or camp sessions.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping track of their registered dates and times.

  • Please add all scheduled classes and camp sessions to your personal calendar to avoid missed sessions.
